Complaint Regarding Incorrect “Non-Payment” Notification Despite Timely Cable Bill Payment
I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the cable service provider displaying a “Non-Payment” notification across the entire TV screen, even though the cable bill has been paid on time.
The payment was made within the due date, and there are no outstanding dues pending from my side. Despite this, the continuous display of the non-payment message is interrupting regular television viewing and causing unnecessary inconvenience and mental harassment to the consumer.
This situation reflects poor record management and lack of proper system updates by the service provider. After making timely payment, customers should not be forced to face such embarrassing and frustrating notifications.
I request the concerned cable operator to immediately verify their payment records, correct the billing status, and remove the incorrect “Non-Payment” notification from the screen without further delay. Strict action should be taken to prevent such issues in the future so that consumers do not suffer due to technical or administrative negligence.
I hope the concerned authorities and the cable service provider will take prompt action to resolve this matter at the earliest.
